Did you create a system domain with impacket?

Using this command right?
impacket-addcomputer  authority.htb/svc_ldap:'SVC_PASSWORD' -computer-name STX$ -computer-pass Password123

He isn't creating a new domain, just adding a new machine to the domani. The machinequota for the user you get earlier is set greater than 0, which lets you add a computer to the domain.

sudo pip3 install certipy-ad
sudo apt install ntpdate

I also ran this before the whole process, as suggested by someone above, but I'm not sure if that did anything:
ntpdate -s 10.x.x.x

certipy find -u svc_ldap -p lDaP_1n_th3_cle4r! -dc-ip 10.x.x.x -enabled -vulnerable -stdout
