it would be great if you guys could provide what information your site logs and to what extent (posts / threads / pms / etc)
what stores ip logs what doesnt
username changes logs / email changes logs

what dont you guys log and what do you guys log?

mabye as well change thread limitations cause 1 thread a day is insane

registration ip and last known ip are logged
assume everything is logged unless told otherwise

IP addresses that are older than 2 weeks are replaced with 127.0.0.1
