If you're new C#, if you have more experience, I'd say Haskell cause you can learn a lot of cool new things

Depends on the why. If its to get a job starting from new then i'd say c#/.net and basics of some front end framework. If its for fun to quickly do cool project then Python. Also if it for data / machine learning projects then Python should be best - has many ready out of the box libraries you can use.
