you don't need to buy a real stolen card as they are traceable and inconvenient because usually noobs resell those cards by the time your card arrives it could be a spent or a pickup card which. will get you into trouble.
in the other hand buying a fresh dump will cost you around 30-50$ depending on the quality and an MSR with blank cards which is around 200 and a PVC Card Printer which is around 500-1000 and the last two are a one-time fee
and it depends on how you are spending the card and where you are spending it and who's spending those cards and their limit so it's not something constant.
