Hi today im listing some osint tools that may be helpful in researches of course they may not be the best as they are free but, They can help.

1. Maltego CE - A powerful tool for link analysis and data visualization. The Community Edition is free but has limited features compared to the paid version.
   
2. TheHarvester - A tool for gathering email addresses, subdomains, and other information from various public sources.
   
3. Shodan - While Shodan itself is not open-source, it offers a free API for querying its database of internet-connected devices, which is valuable for OSINT.
   
4. Recon-ng - A full-featured web reconnaissance framework with a modular architecture that allows you to perform various reconnaissance tasks.
   
5. SpiderFoot - An OSINT automation tool that can gather information from a wide range of sources to build a comprehensive profile of a target.
   
6. OSINT Framework - A collection of various OSINT tools and resources organized into a structured framework, available as a web-based interface.
   
7. Censys - Similar to Shodan, Censys is a search engine for finding information on internet-connected devices, though it provides free access to its data for research and analysis.
   
8. Amass - A tool for DNS enumeration and network mapping that helps in discovering subdomains and other network-related information.
   
9. FOCA - A tool for metadata extraction from documents (such as PDFs and Office files) that can provide valuable information about the target.
